How can I cancel an order? You may cancel an order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org , provided that the order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Once the item has been shipped, you may return the item with a 25% restocking fee, pay for the return shipping, and pay for any original shipping costs if you received Free Shipping.
Limited Warranty and Responsibility LightsatWholesale warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Please email us at email@example.com for warranty claim instructions. Once the merchandise is received and examined, provided that the merchandise had not been misused or abused, LightsatWholesale , at its discretion, will either repair or replace the merchandise.
