LightsatWholesale warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or marketing materials.

To begin a warranty claim, please complete the warranty request form below. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, and provided it has not been misused, abused, or improperly installed, LightsatWholesale will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product. (Understand we will not Replace, Credit, or Refund until the product is back in our possession and deemed as defective)

LightsatWholesale assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to labor, installation, reinstallation costs, property damage, or personal injury.

Improper installation may result in electrical shock or fire hazards. This warranty is void if products are not installed in accordance with current local codes and/or the National Electrical Code (NEC).
