Operating Temperature: −4°F to 167°F (−20°C to 75°C)
The wire can operate below freezing after installation, but installation must remain within the specified installation temperature range.
The larger 16 AWG conductors provide lower electrical resistance than 18 AWG copper conductors of the same length, helping reduce voltage drop in suitable installations.
This plenum-rated cable is designed for applicable indoor wiring applications. The manufacturer also confirms above-ground outdoor suitability, including occasional rainwater or condensation within its published environmental and temperature limits.
